The Ins And Outs of How We Do Business

  • How soon must I cancel my appoinment?
    You must cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time.
  • Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equiptment?
    No. Not unless you have some specific products or equipment you want me to use. I ask only that you have a vacuum or broom.
  • How do I pay you?
    You can pay online, by cash, check or Venmo.
  • Do I need to be there when you clean?
    No. I'm well trusted with many return clients, some over 2 years. Some arange for the key under their mat, door codes, etc.
  • Can I choose how often you clean?
    Yes. I can clean one time, bi-weekly, or when we can work out a time together.
  • What COVID precations do you take?
    I send you a temperature check the day of service and I wear a mask while cleaning. I sanitize my hands often.

Cancellation Policy
